摘要
文章以防寒服装为对象,采用暖体假人测试技术,参照ASTM F2732-16《Standard Practice for Determining the Temperature Ratings for Cold Weather Protective Clothing》测试并计算得到相应的标准总热阻和4 MET活动强度下适用的最低温度,并将其与我国主要地区冬季的温度范围进行比较,研究防寒服装保暖性能测试和评价在我国市场的可行性和适用性。结果表明,采用暖体假人按照前述标准测试我国市场的防寒服装,并基于所使用的配套服装系列计算得到相应的标准总热阻结果稳定,重现性较好;防寒服装的4 MET活动强度下适用的最低温度可以评价其保暖性能同时覆盖了我国主要地区冬季的温度范围。
To research the feasibility and applicability of the measurement and evaluation of thermal insulation for cold weather protective clothing in China,the standardized total thermal resistance and applicable minimum temperatures for 4 MET of activity were tested and calculated according to ASTM F2732-16 Standard Practice for Determining the Temperature Ratings for Cold Weather Protective Clothing based on the thermal manikin.And they were compared with the temperature range of China’s winter.It indicated that the results of standardized total thermal resistance of cold weather protective clothing in China were stable and reproducible based on the thermal manikin and related ensemble.The pertinent applicable minimum temperatures for 4 MET of activity could cover the temperature range of China’s winter and be used to evaluate the thermal insulation of cold weather protective clothing.
