摘要
宁夏位处黄河上游地区,自古以来就是华夏诸民族以黄河为发展土壤繁衍生息、聚合碰撞和文明交流的要地。域内积淀了厚重多彩的黄河文物资源,镌刻了以黄河为物质滋养的中华文明在宁夏的肇源表征,形成了开放包容、多元融合、独具一格、绵延不断的地域文化谱系。文章在梳理宁夏境内黄河文物资源构成及其历史文化价值的基础上,探析制约黄河文物资源保护传承利用的因素,并提出黄河文物资源的价值挖掘、保护传承和功能,以及可持续发挥的对策措施,对宁夏建设黄河流域高质量发展先行区和黄河文化彰显区具有积极意义。
Ningxia is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.Since ancient times,the Yellow River has been used by the ethnic groups of China as an important place for the development of soil habitat,reproduction,convergence,collision and cultural exchanges.The region has accumulated rich and colorful cultural relics of the Yellow River,and inscribed the symbol of the Chinese civilization nourished by the Yellow River in Ningxia,forming an open,inclusive,diversified,unique and continuous regional cultural pedigree.By combing the Yellow River in Ningxia based on cultural relic resources and historical and cultural value,this paper analyzed the factors restricting the protection of cultural relics resources of the Yellow River passing on use,and put forward the value of cultural resources of the Yellow River excavation,protection countermeasures for the sustainable inheritance and function,which will be of positive significance for Ningxia to build a leading area for high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin and a highlight area of the Yellow River culture.
