制革污泥热解特性的研究--基于分布活化能模型和TG-FTIR-MS联用 被引量:2

摘要 制革污泥中含有大量无机物、有机物和多种重金属化合物,对这类危险废物的安全处理和资源化是制革业可持续发展的关键之一。本文利用热重分析法研究了制革污泥在不同升温速率下的热解过程,采用分布活化能模型(DAEM)探讨了其热解活化能与转化率的关系。利用热重-傅里叶变换红外光谱-质谱(TG-FTIR-MS)联用技术分析了制革污泥热解逸出气体的成分,讨论了制革污泥的热解特性。结果表明,制革污泥的热失重过程可分为三个阶段,主要失重过程发生在200~600℃。制革污泥的热解活化能呈阶段性分布,主要集中在较低活化能区域。TG-FTIR-MS分析表明,制革污泥受热过程中逸出的主要气体是CO_(2)、H_(2)O、CH_(4)和CO等,是蛋白类大分子和碳酸钙等无机物热解的产物。 There are a large amount of inorganic and organic matter and a variety of heavy metal compounds in the tannery sludge.The reasonable treatment and resource utilization of this type of hazardous waste is one of the key issues for the sustainable development of leather industry.Thermogravimetric analysis was performed to study the pyrolysis behavior of tannery sludge under different heating rates,and the relationship between pyrolysis activation energy and conversion was calculated using the distributed activation energy model(DAEM).Thermogravimetry-Fourier transform infrared spectrometry-Mass spectroscopy(TG-FTIR-MS)technology was used to investigate the composition of evolved gaseous products,and the pyrolysis characteristics of tannery sludge were analyzed.Results showed that the thermal weight loss process of tannery sludge can be divided into three stages,with the main weight loss at 200-600℃.The activation energy of the tannery sludge pyrolysis process presented a staged distribution,mainly concentrated in the lower activation energy area.TG-FTIR-MS analysis indicated that the main components of the gas released during the pyrolysis process of the tannery sludge were CO_(2),H_(2)O,CH_(4) and CO,which is resulted from the thermal decomposition of protein macromolecules and inorganic substances such as calcium carbonate.
