摘要
本文针对健康建筑可持续运行管理作出了简单的论述,提出了健康建筑运行管理策略;对建筑的空气品质、水质品质、舒适品质、健身设施、人文设施、服务管理进行了浅析讨论,并给出了相应的运行管理策略,希望能够为健康建筑可持续运行提供相关的参考基础。
Aiming at the sustainable operation management of healthy building,this paper makes a brief discussion and puts forward the operation management strategy of healthy building.This paper also analyzes and discusses the air quality,water quality,comfort quality,fitness facilities,cultural facilities and service management of the building,and gives the corresponding operation management strategy,which could provide reference basis for the sustainable operation of healthy buildings.
