摘要
大学生就业问题事关国家稳定、家庭和谐和个人幸福,千方百计促进大学毕业生更加充分更高质量就业是高校就业工作的重要使命。"互联网+教育"深度融合,为后疫情时期提升高校就业工作搭建新的抓手。信息化建设的快速发展、师生网络素养提升及对大学生就业的关注为在线就业教育提供发展机遇。在线就业教育具有整合资源、打破时空限制、弥补高校就业师资不足等方面的优势,但也存在形式单一、教学理念落后及过度依赖学生自主学习等不足。基于上述分析,文章提出相应的建议。
The issue of university students'employment is matter of national stability,family harmony and personal happiness.It is an imperative mission of university career service work to promote fuller and higher quality employment for university graduates by all means.The in-depth integration of"Intemet+Education"has built a new approach to enhancing the career service work of colleges and universities in the post-pandemic period.The rapid development of information construction,the improvement of teachers'and students'internet literacy and the concern for college students'employment provide opportunities for the development of online employment education,which has the advantages of integrating resources,overcoming time and space constraints and making up for the lack of university teachers in employment;however,there are also shortcomings such as monotonous forms,backward teaching concepts and over-reliance on students'independent learning.Based on the above analysis,the article puts forward corresponding suggestions.
