摘要
目的:探讨加味补中益气汤辅助西药治疗反流性食管炎(RE)患者的效果。方法:选取RE患者103例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和研究组(n=52)。对照组给予多潘立酮片和奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合加味补中益气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、胃肠激素(胃泌素、胃动素)水平、复发率及不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.23%(49/52),高于对照组的80.39%(41/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、胃泌素、胃动素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的19.51%(8/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论:加味补中益气汤联合西药治疗RE患者效果确切,可明显减轻临床症状,改善胃肠激素水平,降低复发率,安全性良好。
Objective:To explore effects of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods:103 patients with RE were selected and divided into control group(n=51)and study group(n=52)by using the random number table method.The control group was given Domperidone tablets and Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,while the study group was given modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones(gastrin,motilin),the recurrence rate and the adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 94.23%(49/52),which was higher than 80.39%(41/51)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and the gastrin and motilin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 19.51%(8/41)of the control group;which was lower than 19.51%(8/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of RE patients have definite effects,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the gastrointestinal hormone levels,and reduce the recurrence rate with good safety.
