摘要
寻常痤疮是皮肤病学中最常见的疾病之一,中医称为“粉刺”,亦是一种毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病,西医常用口服、外用维甲酸等治疗方法,而中医对痤疮的认识历史悠久,在治疗上各医家也颇有经验。该文介绍了李斌教授在经过多年的临床实践后,对于寻常痤疮的诊疗有独特认识,并在传统中医的理论基础上开拓创新,总结了肺经血热与肝郁气滞为寻常痤疮的主要病机,创立了清肺舒肝的治则,以期为临床诊治提供参考。
Acne vulgaris is one of the most common diseases in dematology.It is called"acne"in traditional Chinese medicine.It is a chronic inflammatory disease of hair follicle and sebaceous gland.Western medicine often uses oral and topical retinoic acid for treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of understanding acne and doctors are also quite experienced in treatment.This paper introduced professor Li Bin's unique understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of acne vulgaris after years of clinical practice,and based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it was concluded that lung meridian and blood heat and liver stagnation were the main pathogenesis of acne vulgaris,and the treatment of clearing lung and relieving liver was established to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
