摘要
对混凝土透水砖性能的若干影响因素进行了试验,并通过改进的质量法和计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,简称CT)的方法对混凝土透水砖孔隙结构分布进行了定量计算。结果表明,骨灰比和水灰比为影响混凝土透水砖性能最为关键的因素,最佳骨灰比(以水泥掺量计)是25%,最佳水灰比是0.26;改进的质量法和计算机断层扫描的方法对混凝土透水砖孔隙度测定误差分别可控制在5%和3%。
Several factors affecting the performance of concrete permeable bricks were tested,and the pore structure distribution of concrete permeable bricks was quantitatively calculated by means of modified gravimetric method and computer tomography(CT).The results show that the aggregate-cement ratio and water-cement ratio are the most critical factors affecting the performance of concrete permeable bricks.The best aggregate-cement ratio(calculated based on the cement content)is 25%,and the best water-cement ratio is 0.26.The quantitative calculation error of concrete permeable bricks can be controlled at 5% and 3% by using the modified gravimetric method computer tomography respectively.
