摘要
为了研究水泥基渗透结晶型材料对混凝土的影响,试验研究了掺0、1%、2%、3%水泥基渗透结晶型材料混凝土的早期力学性能变化规律。试验结果表明:水泥基渗透结晶型材料对3 d混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度有一定提升,最佳掺量为2%。对混凝土7 d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度有一定程度削弱,适量水泥基渗透结晶型材料对28 d龄期混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度有一定程度的提高,最佳掺量为1%。而对于各个龄期混凝土拉压比来说,最佳掺量分别为3%、2%、0。
In order to study the effect of permeable cementitious capillaty crystalline waterproof material on concrete.The research had studied early mechanical properties change rule of concrete mixed with 0,1%,2%,3%permeable cementitious capillaty crystalline waterproof material.The results show that cementitious capillaty crystalline waterproof material can improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of 3 d concrete to a certain extent,and the optimal dosage is 2%.Cementitious capillaty crystalline waterproof material weakens the 7 d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete to a certain extent.An appropriate amount of cementitious capillaty crystalline waterproof material can improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of 28 d concrete to a certain extent,and the optimal dosage is 1%.For each age of concrete tension-pressure ratio,the optimal mixing amount is 3%,2%,0 respectively.
