摘要
基于钢箱梁节段有限元模型,分析钢箱梁在城-A级车辆荷载作用下结构响应情况,研究横隔板厚度与横隔板开孔加劲肋厚度对横隔板稳定性的影响。分析表明:所研究钢箱梁在城-A级车辆荷载作用下横隔板应力远小于设计允许应力,横隔板稳定性是其设计控制要素;该钢箱梁中厚度大于12 mm的横隔板具有较高的稳定性,同时横隔板开孔处加劲肋厚度采用10~16 mm、宽度采用200 mm能有效提高钢箱梁横隔板稳定性。基于公路钢结构桥梁设计规范中横隔板设计要求进行了横隔板设计方案细化,建议梁高小于2.72 m的钢箱梁横隔板间距按3m设计,横隔板厚度采用12 mm或14 mm,横隔板开孔加劲肋宽度采用200 mm、板厚采用10 mm。武汉山湖大道项目钢箱梁采用该方案进行了钢箱梁设计,所设计桥梁受力满足规范要求,同时钢材用量较少,结构具有较好的经济性。
Based on the finite element model of the section of steel box girder,the structural response of steel box girder under the action of urban-level A vehicle load is analyzed,and the impacts of diaphragm thickness and diaphragm opening stiffener thickness on the diaphragm stability are studied.The analysis shows that:the diaphragm stress of the studied steel box girder under the action of urban-level A vehicle load is far less than the designed allowable stress,and the diaphragm stability is its design control factor;the diaphragm with a thickness greater than 12 mm has high stability in the steel box girder.At the same time,the thickness of the stiffener at the opening of the diaphragm is 10~16 mm and the width is 200 mm,which can effectively improve the stability of the diaphragm of the steel box girder.Based on the diaphragm design requirements in the code for design of highway steel structure bridges,the design scheme for the diaphragm is refined.It is suggested that the diaphragm spacing of steel box girder with girder height less than 2.72m should be designed as 3m,the diaphragm thickness should be 12mm or 14mm,the width of diaphragm opening stiffener should be 200mm and the plate thickness should be 10 mm.The steel box girder of Wuhan Shanhu avenue project is designed with this scheme.The stress of the designed bridge can meet the specification requirements.At the same time,the steel consumption is less,and the structure has good economical efficiency.
