内蒙古生态环境大数据在“一湖两海”流域管理的应用

摘要 “一湖两海”流域大数据决策支持依托内蒙古自治区生态环境大数据管理平台框架,整合水质监测、污染排放、农牧业源、水利、气象、地理等数据,利用大数据分析方法,以呼伦湖、乌梁素海、岱海水环境质量改善为目标,通过建立全面的水质状况清单、污染源排放清单、水质模拟模型,实现污染溯源分析,研判出最合理有效的减排和治理方案,最终实现对重点流域水质现状评价和分析,为水环境污染防治攻坚战的顺利收官,提供了挂图作战的可视化、重点监管的针对化、管理决策的数据化。未来,在“一湖两海”重点流域的大数据决策分析的建设及管理经验,可以继续深化到内蒙古自治区境内的黄河流域,实现黄河流域水环境污染清晰溯源、责任明确的精准管理,持续为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供支撑。 Big data of‘One Lake,Two Seas’basin based on big data management platform framework of ecological environment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,integrated water quality monitoring,pollution emissions,agricultural and animal husbandry sources,water conservancy,meteorology,geography and other data,using big data analysis method,in order to improve the quality of seawater environment in Hulun Lake,Wuliangsuhai Lake and Dai Lake,a comprehensive list of water quality conditions,a list of pollution sources and a water quality simulation model are established to realize the analysis of pollution sources and determine the most reasonable and effective emission reduction and treatment schemes.Finally,the evaluation and analysis of water quality status in key watersheds are realized,which provides visualization of charting operations,targeted key supervision,and data-based management decision-making for the smooth ending of the battle against water environmental pollution.In the future,the construction and management experience of big data decision analysis in the key watershed of‘One lake,Two seas’can continue to deepen to the Yellow River Basin in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,realize the precise management of water environment pollution in the Yellow River Basin with clear traceability and clear responsibility,and continuously provide support for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
