摘要
目的:调查职校护生逆商与自主学习能力现状,并探索逆商对其自主学习能力的影响。方法:采用一般资料调查表、逆境商量表和护理专业学生自主学习能力评价量表对广东省珠海市和肇庆市2所职业学校525名在校护生进行问卷调查。结果:职校护生逆商总分为(113.63±19.37)分,自主学习能力总分为(104.66±13.21)分。职校护生逆商总分及各维度得分与自主学习能力总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r值为0.367~0.609,均P<0.01)。多元线性回归结果显示,控制(P=0.001)、责任承担(P<0.01)共解释自主学习能力41.10%的变异量。结论:职校护生逆商及自主学习能力均处于一般水平,逆商对其自主学习能力具有正向影响作用,护理职业教育者可通过加强对职校护生逆商的培养来提高其自主学习能力。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of adversity quotient(AQ)and self-learning ability of nursing students in vocational schools and explore the effect of AQ on their self-learning ability.Methods:A total of 525 nursing students from two vocational schools in Zhuhai and Zhaoqing of Guangdong province were investigated by general information questionnaire,Adversity Quotient Scale(AQ Scale),and Self-Learning Ability Evaluation Scale for Nursing Students.Results:The average total score of AQ and self-learning ability was(113.63±19.37)and(104.66±13.21),respectively.The total score and the scores of all dimensions of AQ were positively correlated with the total score and the scores of all dimensions of self-learning ability(r=0.367~0.609,all P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that control(P=0.001)and responsibility(P<0.01)explained 41.1%of the variation of self-learning ability.Conclusions:The AQ and self-learning ability of nursing students in vocational schools were at the average level;AQ positively affects their self-learning ability.Nursing vocational educators could improve the students′self-learning ability by strengthening the cultivation of AQ in vocational schools.
