摘要
以基于菌株22A的复合益生菌剂为饲料添加剂,以1日龄健康鹿苑鸡为对象,以平均采食量、平均日均重、料重比、屠宰率、营养代谢率、血清生化和免疫性能等为指标,探讨复合益生菌剂对鹿苑鸡生长代谢性能和屠宰性能的影响.结果表明:在日粮中添加复合益生菌剂使14,28和42日龄的鹿苑鸡平均日采食量分别提高了1.3,14和11.2 g,平均日增重提高了3.4,19.8和21.7 g,料重比降至1.71,1.47和1.68.鹿苑鸡的全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率分别提高了0.43%,1.12%和1.17%.鹿苑鸡的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和钙的营养代谢率分别提高了2%,8.5%,13.87%和15.2%.鹿苑鸡血液中的IgG和IgA分别提高了1.59和0.3 g/L.研究结果表明基于菌株22A的复合益生菌剂可以增强鹿苑鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫性能.
This paper investigated the effects of the compound probiotics based on strain 22A’s cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis as a feed additive on the growth performance,the slaughter performance and the immune responses of 1-day-old healthy Luyuan broilers through measuring average daily feed intake (ADFI),average daily weight gain (ADWG),feed-to-weight ratio,slaughter rate,metabolic rate,serum biochemistry and immune responses.The results showed that after 14,28 and 42 days feeding,the ADFI of Luyuan broilers was increased by1.3,14 and 11.2 g,respectively;the ADWG was increased by 3.4,19.8 and 21.7 g,respectively.The feed-to-weight ratio was decreased to 1.71,1.47 and 1.68,respectively.As indicators of the slaughter performance,the evisceration rate,the pectoral muscle mass and leg muscle mass of 42-day-old broilers were increased by 0.43%,1.12% and 1.17%,respectively.The metabolic rate of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,and calcium of 35-day-old broilers was increased by 2%,8.5%,13.87% and 15.2%,respectively.Moreover,the concentration of blood IgG and IgA of 42-day-old broilers was increased by 1.59 g/L and 0.3 g/L,respectively.In conclusion,the results showed that the compound probiotics based on strain 22A could enhance the growth performance,the slaughter performance and the immune responses of Luyuan broilers.
