摘要
为发现泵试验台水力试验时可能发生的基础数据漂移,对转速、流量、压力和扭矩这4种传感器的基本工作原理进行了分析,预估了各测量传感器可能出现的隐性故障,为发现这些可能出现的隐性故障提出了相应的检测方法,极大地保证了泵试验台正常获取试验数据的能力。
For purpose of detecting the possible basic data drift during the hydraulic trial on pump teststand,the basic work principles of four sensors of speed,flow,pressure and torque were analyzed,and their possible hidden failures were estimated and solutions to them were presented to ensure pump teststand’s ability of obtaining trial data normally.
