摘要
介绍了国际水协会推荐的两种物理漏损控制策略,并结合上海城投水务供水区域内的实际案例建立计算模型,计算策略的净现值、动态回收期以及内部收益率,并对两者进行分析与比较。根据结果认为两种物理漏损控制策略在经济性和适用性上各有利弊,在初始投资金额有限时,需要结合各类因素进行综合考虑。
For the high loss rate of water supply network in many areas in China,losses control has been one of the primary tasks of the water company.This paper introduces two kinds of real losses control strategies recommended by the International Water Association,and has established a calculation model based on the real cases in Shanghai Chengtou Water Group’s water supply are-a.The net present value,dynamic payback period and internal rate of return of the two strategies were calculated,being analyzed and compared.According to the results,it is considered that the two real losses control strategies have advantages and disadvantages in economy and applicability.However,with the limited initial investment,more various factors should be taken into consideration to make the proper decision.
