摘要
目的应用相干光层析成像术(OCT)观察比较高度近视(HM)妊娠晚期患者和年龄匹配的HM非妊娠女性脉络膜厚度的差异。方法病例对照研究。共纳入HM妊娠晚期女性39例(39只眼)及年龄匹配的HM非妊娠女性50例(50只眼)。所有受检者均行OCT检查,采用系统自带软件测量黄斑区脉络膜厚度。两组间测量数值差异比较使用独立样本t检验。结果本研究89例受检者中,研究组平均孕周为(35.09±2.44)周,平均年龄为(32.24±3.75)岁。对照组平均年龄为(34.04±7.19)岁。研究组黄斑中心凹处、距中心凹颞侧500μm、1000μm、1500μm、鼻侧500μm、1000μm、1500μm处以及平均脉络膜厚度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HM妊娠晚期患者相比年龄匹配的HM非妊娠女性脉络膜厚度明显变薄。
Objective To observe the difference in choroidal thickness using optical coherence tomography(OCT)between patients with high myopia(HM)in the third trimester of pregnancy and age-matched non-pregnant women with HM.Methods In this case-control study.A total of 39 eyes from 39 HM women in the third trimester were included as the study group and 50 eyes of 50 age-matched non-pregnant women with HM were included as the control group.All subjects underwent OCT examination.The built-in software was used to measure choroidal thickness in the macular area.Data from two groups were compared by independent sample T test.Results Among the 89 subjects in this study,the mean gestational age of the study group was(35.09±2.44)weeks,and the average age was(32.24±3.75)years.The average age of the control group was(34.04±7.19)years.The choroidal thickness at the fovea,temporal 500μm,1000μm,1500μm and nasal 500μm,1000μm,1500μm away from the fovea,as well as the average choroidal thickness in the study group were all significantly lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The choroidal thickness of HM patients in the third trimester of pregnancy were significant thinner than non-pregnant HM women.
