摘要
在建立现代国土空间规划体系的背景下,村庄规划与全域土地综合整治的目的是一致的——均以改善农村生产生活条件、打造高质量生态环境为初衷,二者呈现融合发展趋势,有利于优化农村地区国土空间布局和落实乡村振兴战略。基于此,本文探讨了村庄规划与全域土地综合整治的融合问题,探索了二者融合路径,提出了工作策略,旨在全面调整农村规划与全域土地综合整治的工作思路、工作方法与方式,使其适应我国农村地区的现实发展要求。
Under the background of establishing a modern spatial planning system, the purpose of village planning is consistent with that of comprehensive land consolidation,which are aimed to improve rural production and living conditions, and create a high-quality ecological environment.With a trend of integration, these two aspects are conducive to optimizing the spatial layout of land in rural areas and implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Based on this reason, this paper discusses the integration of village planning and comprehensive land consolidation, and the working strategy was put forward. The results is helpful to adjust the working methods of comprehensive land consolidation, so as to adapt it to the practical development requirements of rural areas in China.
