摘要
目的:探讨天蟾胶囊联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期胃癌癌性疼痛的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:按照随机数字法,将2017年2月至2021年2月秦皇岛军工医院收治的113例晚期胃癌伴有癌性疼痛的患者分为联合组(56例)和对照组(57例)。对照组患者给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,联合组患者在对照组的基础上给予天蟾胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、癌性疼痛情况、不良反应发生情况和治疗前后的生活质量。结果:联合组患者的镇痛有效率为94.64%(53/56),明显优于对照组的77.19%(44/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组与对照组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,且与对照组比较,联合组患者的VAS评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组与对照组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均较治疗前明显升高,且与对照组比较,联合组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、肝功能受损以及周围神经毒性等不良反应的发生率为16.07%(9/56),与对照组[24.56%(14/57)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天蟾胶囊联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期胃癌癌性疼痛的临床疗效显著,不但能够有效降低患者癌性疼痛强度,还可改善患者的生活质量,同时安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Tianchan capsules combined with Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain of advanced gastric cancer and its effect on quality of life. METHODS: Totally 113 patients with advanced gastric cancer complicated with cancer pain admitted into Qinhuangdao Jungong Hospital from Feb. 2017 to Feb. 2021 were divided into combined group(56 cases) and control group(57 cases) via random number table, the control group was treated with Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets, while the combined group was given Tianchan capsules based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, cancer pain, incidences of adverse drug reactions and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The effective rate of analgesia of combined group was 94.64%(53/56), significantly better than that of the control group(77.19%,44/57), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the VAS score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of physical function, mental function, social function and material life of both groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and scores of physical function, mental function, social function and material life of combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidences of adverse drug reactions such as gastrointestinal reaction, myelosuppression, liver function damage and peripheral neurotoxicity in the combined group was 16.07%(9/56), which had no statistical significance in comparison with 24.56%(14/57)in the control group(P>0.05).
