摘要
组织文化对组织行为具有举足轻重的作用。文章以上海市和浙江省的公共图书馆为样本,围绕模型假设运用问卷调查法获取数据,通过数据分析得出结论:公共图书馆组织文化直接正向影响服务创新,且组织文化的不同类型对服务创新的正向影响程度不同;馆员创造力在公共图书馆组织文化与服务创新之间起到部分中介作用,将组织文化分为四种类型后,创造力在团队导向型文化与服务创新、灵活导向型文化与服务创新、结果导向型文化与服务创新三组关系中起部分中介作用,在层级导向型文化与服务创新之间起到完全中介作用。
Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in organizational behavior. This paper takes public libraries in Shanghai and Zhejiang province as samples,and uses questionnaires to obtain data. Through data analysis,the following conclusions are brought forth: the organizational culture of public libraries has direct and positive impacts on service innovation,which are varied according to the types of organizational culture;the creativity of librarians plays a partial intermediary role between the organizational culture of public libraries and service innovation. With the organizational culture categorized into four types,creativity plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between team-oriented culture and service innovation, flexibly-oriented culture and service innovation,and result-oriented culture and service innovation,and it plays a complete intermediary role between hierarchy-oriented culture and service innovation.
