摘要
目的:探讨针对性手术室护理联合空气止血带在人工全膝关节置换术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月—2020年4月驻马店市中心医院收治的78例行人工全膝关节置换术的患者作为研究对象,并依照奇偶数数字抽签法将其随机分为常规组和观察组,每组各39例。比较两组患者术后不同阶段的疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分情况、术后关节早期功能恢复情况和术后并发症发生率。结果:术后2~48 h中不同时间段,观察组VAS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.220、5.800、7.810、7.370、5.720、4.890,P<0.05);同时,观察组的术后关节早期功能均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.780、4.890,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.520,P<0.05)。结论:在人工全膝关节置换术患者中实施空气止血带联合针对性手术室护理,能有效缓解患者的术后疼痛,促进其关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生概率。
Objective:To analyze the application value of targeted operating room nursing combined with air tourniquet in pa⁃tients undergoing artificial total knee arthroplasty.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with total knee arthroplasty admitted to the hos⁃pital from January 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group according to odd-even number drawing,with 39 cases in each group.The pain(VAS)scores,early postoperative joint func⁃tion recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups at different stages of operation.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group in different time periods from 2 to 48 h after opera⁃tion,with statistically significant difference(t=4.220,5.800,7.810,7.370,5.720,4.890,P<0.05).The early postoperative joint function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the routine group,with statistically significant difference(t=5.780,4.890,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.520,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of air tourniquet combined with tar⁃geted operating room nursing in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty can effectively relieve postoperative pain,promote the recovery of joint function and reduce the probability of complications.
