摘要
目的了解患者及陪护的手卫生执行现状,为手卫生管理提供科学依据。方法2020年4月,自行设计住院患者手卫生问卷,随机选取某省级综合中医院患者及陪护进行问卷调查,收集研究对象的基本特征及手卫生时机的洗手频率。结果患者及陪护的手卫生执行率为94.40%;其中吃饭前手卫生和上完厕所后执行率最高,分别为96.76%和96.72%;打喷嚏/揩鼻涕后最低为90.05%。不同性别和学历的患者及陪护手卫生执行率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄的患者及陪护手卫生执行率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该院患者及陪护手卫生总体执行情况较好,但打喷嚏/揩鼻涕后和吃药前稍低,应健全和完善手卫生管理,提升患者及陪护手卫生执行率水平。
Objective To know hand hygiene compliance of patients and patients’family members so as to provide scientific evidence for its managements.Methods In April 2020,a self-designed hand hygiene questionnaire for inpatients and their escorts was randomly selected from a provincial general hospital of traditional Chinese medicine to conduct a questionnaire survey to collect the basic characteristics of the research subjects and the frequency of hand washing at hand hygiene time.Results The overall hand hygiene compliance of patients and patients’family members was 94.40%.Hand hygiene compliances were higher before coming to the table(96.76%)and after using the toilet(96.72%).The lowest hand hygiene compliance was observed after sneezes/blow nose(90.05%).The statistical difference was found in different gender and education levels(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in different age groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The hand hygiene compliance of patients and patients’family members in the hospital is high but hand hygiene compliance before medicine and after sneezes/blow nose is low.Hand hygiene management should be strengthened and improved,compliance of hand hygiene should be enhanced.
