摘要
目的评价肺康复训练在肺结核结构性肺病中的重要价值。方法选取100例肺结核结构性肺病患者参与研究,患者选自2020年1—12月,按时间分组(2020年1—6月为对照组,2020年7—12月为观察组),对照组与观察组各50例,对照组患者行常规护理干预,观察组患者行肺康复训练,比较两组患者干预后健康行为、肺功能、整体生活质量。结果干预后,组间健康行为评分比较,观察组比对照组评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,组间一秒用力呼出量、一秒用力呼出量/用力肺活量比值比较,观察组比对照组水平高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,组间生活质量评分比较,观察组比对照组各项评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核结构性肺病患者护理干预中,肺康复训练有其重要价值,可改善患者健康行为及肺功能,提高生活质量,值得应用。
Objective To evaluate the important value of pulmonary rehabilitation training in structural lung disease of tuberculosis.Methods A total of 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with structural lung disease from January to December 2020 were selected to participate in the study.Grouping by time(January to June 2020 was the control group,July to December 2020 was the observation group),the control group and observation group,50 cases each,the control group was received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was received pulmonary rehabilitation training.The health behavior,lung function,and overall quality of life of the two groups of patients after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of health behavior between the groups were compared,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second and the forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity ratio were compared between the groups.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores were compared between the groups.The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing intervention for patients with structural lung disease of pulmonary tuberculosis,pulmonary rehabilitation training has important value.It can improve patients’healthy behavior and lung function,and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of application.
