同伴支持教育在肿瘤患者癌痛管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨同伴支持教育在肿瘤患者癌痛管理中的应用效果。方法抽取2019年1月3日—2019年5月31日某三甲医院肿瘤癌痛患者100例作为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例,对照组给予癌痛常规护理模式进行管理,试验组给予护士引导下的同伴支持教育模式进行为期6个月的癌痛管理,分别对两组患者的癌痛管理自我效能感、疼痛评分、生存质量进行比较。结果试验组和对照组在采用相对应的干预模式后,其癌痛管理自我效能感总分及各维度、生存质量评分及各维度、疼痛评分与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预后试验组各项评分与对照组相比较,均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);结论以同伴支持教育模式的癌痛管理方法相较于常规癌痛管理模式更能提高患者癌痛的自我管理能力,控制疼痛水平,提高患者的生存质量。 Objective To explore the effect of peer support education on cancer pain management in cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with cancer pain in a hospital from January 3,2019 to May 31,2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the subjects were randomly assigned into the control group and the experimental group respectively on average by using a random number table 50 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the nurse-guided peer support education modle,while the control group adopted conventional nursing model for management of cancer pain.After 6 months nursing intervention,the self-efficacy,pain score and quality of cancer pain management were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups’pain management self-efficacy scores and each dimension,the quality of life score and each dimension,pain scores compared with before intervention have significant difference(P<0.05)after adopting coresponding intervention.Besides,all the scores in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(all P<0.05)after intervention.Conclusion Comparing with the conventional cancer pain management model,the management method based on peer support education can control pain level and improve patients self-management ability of cancer pain and patients’qulaity of life.
