摘要
目的分析研究高血压患者管理中全科医生管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月—2021年1月该院25名医务人员作为研究对象,2019年12月—2020年6月期间采取常规管理模式,视为对照组;2020年7月—2021年1月期间实施全科医生管理模式,视为观察组。同时选取在此期间在该院治疗的60例高血压患者参与该次研究。比较分析组间管理质量、管理效果和管理满意度指标。结果在管理质量方面,观察组更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理效果对比,观察组各项评分均处于较高水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理满意度对比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全科医生在高血压患者管理中的应用效果明显,可有效提升医务人员管理工作所需的各项综合技能,促进提升管理质量以及管理效果,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of general practitioner management mode in the management of hypertension patients.Methods 25 medical staff in the hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The routine management mode was adopted from December 2019 to June 2020,and it was regarded as the control group.The general practitioner management mode was implemented from July 2020 to January 2021,and it was regarded as the observation group.At the same time,60 hypertensive patients treated in the hospital during the period were selected to participate in the study.The indicators of management quality,management effect and management satisfaction between groups were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of management quality,the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the management effect,the scores of the observation group were all at a higher level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with management satisfaction,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of general practitioners in the management of hypertensive patients is obvious,which can effectively improve the comprehensive skills required for the management of medical staff,promote the improvement of management quality and management effect,and is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
