摘要
大数据“集量成智”的特性,对推动地方政府治理现代化具有重要作用。大数据时代地方政府治理现代化评估体系应包括治理结构、治理机制、治理工具、治理职能和治理监管等五个方面的现代化评估指标。通过实证研究和检验,该评估体系对地方政府治理现代化的满意度评价和等级考核具有较强的实用性。
The essential characteristics of the big data“Gathering the Number into Wisdom”play an important role in the modernization of local governance.In the era of big data,the evaluation system of local government’s governance modernization includes modernization evaluation indicators in governance structure,governance mechanism,governance tools,governance functions and governance supervision.Through empirical research and testing,the evaluation system has strong practicability for the satisfaction evaluation and grade assessment of local government’s governance modernization.
