摘要
采用雷州苦卤为原料,氢氧化钠和硫酸钠为沉淀剂,利用太阳光加热、自然风带走水分的方法制备了质优的碱式硫酸镁晶须,用正交法试验了各种最优的制备条件,包括氢氧化钠和硫酸钠的浓度和太光阳照射时间,最优条件如下:卤水与Na_(2)SO_(4)/NaOH混合溶液的体积比为5∶1,太阳照射时间为180 h。文章采用傅里叶变换法指认生长基元[Mg(OH)_(4)]^(2-)的存在。文章的制备方法免去复杂的除杂过程,可高效、高值、绿色环保地开发利用盐场苦卤镁资源,而且碱式硫酸镁晶须产量高,品质优良,适用于实际生产中大规模制备镁盐晶须,具有一定的应用价值。
Using Leizhou bittern as raw material,sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfate as precipitant,high-quality basic magnesium sulfate whiskers were prepared by solar heating and natural wind taking away water.Various optimal preparation conditions were tested by orthogonal method,including the concentration of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfate and sunlight irradiation time,The optimum conditions are as follows:the volume ratio of brine to Na_(2)SO_(4)/NaOH mixed solution is 5∶1 and the solar irradiation time is 180 h.The existence of growth unit[Mg(OH)_(4)]^(2-)is also identified by Fourier transform method.The preparation method eliminated the complex impurity removal process in this article,and can develop and utilize the bittern magnesium resources in salt field efficiently,with high value and green environmental protection.Moreover,the basic magnesium sulfate whisker has high output and excellent quality.It is suitable for large-scale preparation of magnesium salt whiskers in actual production,and has a certain application value.
