摘要
火炬泄放系统是海上处理设施重要的工艺系统,可将工艺系统中正常排放以及应急泄放的气体燃烧掉,以确保海上设施安全稳定运行。文章针对高含硫化氢油气田火炬泄放系统设计要求进行了研究,经过各个标准规范的研究,泄放气体中硫化氢扩散到平台的限制为7 mg/L;正常排放的工况下二氧化硫的排放限制为2 mg/L,紧急泄放条件下二氧化硫的排放限制为4 mg/L,为以后高含硫化氢油气田的开发提供了设计借鉴。根据扩散分析,火炬臂长度为50 m,角度为60°时,火炬泄放系统排放的二氧化硫和硫化氢可以保证人员正常操作的安全。
The flare system is an important process system for offshore treatment facilities,and can burn off the normal emission and emergency discharge gas in the process system to ensure the safe and stable operation of offshore facilities.This article studied the design requirements of flare system of high hydrogen sulfide oil and gas field.After researching the standard and specification,the diffusion limit of hydrogen sulfide to the platform is 7 mg/L in the normal operation and the emergency cases,the diffusion limit of sulfur dioxide to the platform is 2 mg/L in the normal operation case,and the diffusion limit of sulfur dioxide to the platform is 4 mg/L in the emergency case,which provided design reference for future development of high hydrogen sulfide oil and gas fields.According to the diffusion analysis in the different wind velocity and different cases,when the flare arm length of 50 m,angle is 60°,the SO_(2) and H_(2)S discharged from the flare system can ensure the safety of normal personnel operation.
