超声衍射时差法检测在电站锅炉汽包定检中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对该锅炉汽包在定期检验中使用常规超声随机抽查发现存在的超标缺陷,使用超声衍射时差法(TOFD)检测技术对汽包焊缝进行检测;结合普通超声复验,确定了被检汽包焊缝处存在大面积状缺陷;讨论了缺陷形成的基本原因,结合检测结果数据,验证了针对电站锅炉汽包焊缝采用TOFD技术的检测方案可行性。 In this paper,TOFD detection technology was used to detect the welding seam of the boiler steam drum which was found to be beyond the standard by conventional ultrasonic testing in periodical inspection.Combined with conventional ultrasonic retest,the large area defects were found at the weld seam of the detected steam drum.The causes of the defects were discussed and combined with the data of test results,the feasibility of applying TOFD detection to the welding seam of boiler drum in power station was verified.
