摘要
由于工业自动化控制系统较为陈旧,整体性能存在一定缺陷,因此提出了基于AI智能检测的工业自动化控制系统。通过设计XML自动化控制解析功能,解析自动化控制文件的配置参数;编写控制系统智能检测程序模块,实现函数块的自动化智能检测;设计AI智能检测平台架构,为自动化控制系统提供智能检测能力;基于AI智能检测的自动化控制算法,控制系统的动态性能。测试结果表明,此自动化控制系统的控制程序与AI智能监控内容相符,能够使监测程序保持良好的运行状态。
Due to the old industrial automation control system and some defects in the overall performance, an industrial automation control system based on AI intelligent detection is proposed. By designing the XML Automatic Control parsing function,the configuration parameters of the automatic control file are parsed;Write the intelligent detection program module of the control system to realize the automatic intelligent detection of the function block;Design AI intelligent detection platform architecture to provide intelligent detection capability for automatic control system;The automatic control algorithm based on AI intelligent detection and the dynamic performance of the control system. The test results show that the control program of the automatic control system is consistent with the AI intelligent monitoring content, and can keep the monitoring program in good running state.
