道路应急抢通车辙式箱梁桥疲劳性能试验研究

摘要 针对当前道路应急抢通存在设备机动性差、技术种类单一等缺点,提出了一种铝合金箱式模块,可快速拼组成车辙式箱梁桥,用于道路应急抢通。为研究箱式模块在使用期间的性能可靠性,开展了室内疲劳试验。不同工况下对箱式模块进行32万次循环加载,得到的疲劳滞回曲线呈梭形,表明箱式模块的塑性变形能力较强。通过静载试验测量箱室外壁应变、箱室间插销应变,发现模块的结构变形和位移等疲劳损伤均在设计范围内。试验表明,箱式模块的材料和结构的疲劳性能良好,具有用于道路应急抢通的可行性。 In view of the current shortcomings of road emergency clearance,such as poor equipment maneuverability and single technology,an aluminum alloy box module was proposed,which could be quickly assembled into a rut-type box girder bridge for road emergency clearance.In order to study the performance reliability of the box-type module during use,an indoor fatigue test was carried out.The box-type module was loaded with 320,000 cycles under different working conditions,and the fatigue hysteresis curve obtained was shuttle-shaped,indicating that the box-type module has a strong plastic deformation ability.Through the static load test to measure the strain of the outer wall of the box and the strain of the pin between the boxes,it was found that the structural deformation and displacement of the module were within the design range.Tests showed that the material and structure of the box-type module had good fatigue performance,and it was feasible for road emergency clearance.
