摘要
以双环戊二烯(DCPD)和苯酚为原料合成双环戊二烯苯酚树脂,考察不同催化剂和工艺条件对合成树脂性能的影响,并研究了合成树脂的脱色方法。结果表明,以三氟化硼乙醚(BF3·Et2O)为催化剂,在DCPD与苯酚物质的量比1∶1.5,催化剂用量3.0%(以DCPD质量为基准),反应温度120℃和反应时间4 h的适宜条件下,可制得软化点140℃的双环戊二烯苯酚树脂。所得深色树脂采用锌粉在90℃下还原反应1 h可制备出浅色双环戊二烯苯酚树脂。
Dicyclopentadiene phenol resin was synthesized from dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and phenol.The effects of different catalysts and process conditions on the properties of the synthetic resin were investigated,and decolorization method for the synthetic resin was studied.The results show that dicyclopentadiene phenol resin with softening point of 140℃can be prepared using boron trifluoride ether(BF3·Et2O)as catalyst,under appropriate condition of DCPD to phenol ratio of 1∶1.5,catalyst dosage of 3.0 wt%(based on DCPD),reaction temperature of 120℃and reaction time of 4 h.Light color dicyclopentadiene phenol resin can be prepared via reduction reaction by zinc powder at 90℃for 1 h.
