装配式建筑产业链利益分配影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 装配式建筑产业链各阶段参与企业的协同合作是保持产业链稳定运行的前提,科学合理的利益分配方案是促进产业链持续发展的关键因素,而在装配式建筑错综复杂的建造过程中,存在诸多因素影响了产业链各主体的利益分配,制约了装配式产业链的充分发展.本文从分析装配式产业链的特点、区别及主体间关系着手,找出影响产业链利益分配的因素,采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法结合实证计算筛选出影响产业链利益分配的重要因素,并从大到小依次排序:风险分担大小、协作程度、投入比例、产业链内地位、信息共享、技术创新,对其进行分析并据此对利益分配方案设计提出相关建议,以便针对性地对利益分配问题进行改进,促进产业链的进一步发展. The collaborative cooperation of enterprises in each stage of the assembly building industry chain is the premise to maintain the stable operation of the industry chain.Scientific and reasonable benefit distribution scheme is the key factor to promote the sustainable development of the industry chain.In the complex construction process of the assembly building,there are many factors that affect the benefit distribution of the industry chain and restrict the full development of the assembly industry chain.Based on the analysis of the characteristics,differences and the relationship between members of the assembly industry chain,the factors that affect the benefit distribution of the industry chain were found out.The questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and empirical calculation were used to screen out the important factors that affect the benefit distribution of the industry chain.The important factors were sorted from large to small:risk sharing,cooperation degree,investment proportion,information sharing,status in the industry chain,and technological innovation.The analysis was carried out and the relevant suggestions were put forward to improve the benefit distribution problem and promote the further development of the industry chain.
