摘要
朱夫子虽然是理学家,但对于文学别有见地,他写下的不少诗词都很有灵性。严蕊作为一个地位低微的营妓,因为难以弄清的一段“台州公案”,竟然与朱熹有了牵连。朱熹坐实唐仲友“媟狎”严蕊罪名,下令逮捕了严蕊并将其投入监牢。岳飞的儿子岳霖到台州检查时,让严蕊当场赋词,严蕊口占《卜算子》,以自己的才情而获得自由。明人凌濛初(1580~1644)的拟话本,推动传播了朱熹杖责营妓严蕊之事,进一步塑造了严蕊的侠女形象,朱熹圣人的形象打了折扣。20世纪初的新文化运动对理学以及朱熹的形象造成冲击。其实,朱熹究竟杖责过营妓严蕊没有,并不太重要,重要的是这样一个聚讼纷纭的公案使得一首小词《卜算子》大大提高了知名度,并不是每一个营妓都是奴颜媚骨的,严蕊就表现出一份尊严和骨气。
Although Zhu Fuzi is a Neo-Confucianism,but as a man of great insight at literature he wrote many spiritual poems.Yan Rui as a low-ranking camp prostitute,even implicated Zhu Xi because of a confused“Taizhou case”.Zhu Xi convicted Tang Zhongyou“soliciting”Yan Ri,and arrested Yan Rui and put her into prison.When Yue Fei’s son Yue Lin patrolled Taizhou,he let Yan Rui write on the spot,Yan Rui dictated Bu Suan Zi instantly,earning her freedom with her talent.The novel written by Ling Mengchu(1580-1644)in the Ming Dynasty helped the spreading of Zhu Xi flogging the prostitute Yan Rui,further shaped Yan Rui’s chivalrous image,and discounted Zhu Xi’s image as a saint.The New Culture Movement in the early 20th century impacted Neo-Confucianism and Zhu Xi’s image.In fact,whether Zhu Xi flogged the camp prostitute Yan Rui or not,is not very important.What’s important is that such a controversial public case has greatly increased the popularity of the poem Bu Suan Zi.Not every camp prostitute is obsequious,Yan Rui shows her dignity and moral integrity.
