摘要
目的:探讨通督醒神针刺法治疗脑小血管病认知障碍(CSVD-VCI)的临床疗效及对患者执行功能、注意力与处理速度的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为通督醒神组(30例)和普通针刺组(30例),均治疗4周。对两组患者治疗前、后进行蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、连线测验(TMT)测定,评估治疗前后差异。结果:通督醒神组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),普通针刺组总有效率为76.67%(23/30),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后MoCA评分及TMT时间均有改善(P<0.05),两组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且通督醒神组优于普通针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:通督醒神针刺法可提高CSVD-VCI患者的整体认知水平,改善患者执行功能、注意力与处理速度,且优于普通针刺法,是有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD-VCI)and to study its influence to executive function,attention and processing speed of the patients.Methods:60 patients,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the Tongdu Xingshen group(n=30)and the ordinary acupuncture group(n=30).The treatment duration was 4 weeks in the two groups.The patients of the two groups were measured by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)and Connected Test(TMT)to assess the differences before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the Tongdu Xingshen group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 76.67%(23/30)of the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).The MOCA score and TMT time were improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),of which there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and the Tongdu Xingshen group was better than the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture can improve the overall cognitive level of the patients with CSVD-VCI,it can improve executive function,attention and processing speed of the patients.The therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture.
