摘要
不同产地黄豆的品质不同,但相关结构差异性研究未见报道。采用中红外(MIR)光谱分别开展了黄豆的结构研究,实验发现,黄豆的红外吸收模式主要包括ν_(as CH3-黄豆)、ν_(as CH2-黄豆)、ν_(s CH2-黄豆)、ν_(amide-Ⅰ-黄豆)、ν_(amide-Ⅱ-黄豆)、ν_(C=O-黄豆)和ν_(C-O-黄豆)。黄豆的二阶导数MIR光谱的谱图分辨能力优于相应的一维MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱和去卷积MIR光谱。研究发现,MIR光谱可以快速开展黄豆结构差异性研究。本项研究拓展了MIR光谱技术在黄豆结构差异性的研究范围。
The quality of soybean from different producing areas is different,but there is no report on the related structure difference.The structure of soybean were studied by middle infrared(abbreviation:MIR)spectroscopy.There wereν_(as CH3-soybean),ν_(as CH2-soybean),ν_(s CH2-soybean),ν_(amide-Ⅰ-soybean),ν_(amide-Ⅱ-soybean),ν_(C=O-soybean)andν_(C-O-soybean).The resolution of the second derivative MIR spectroscopy of soybean is better than the corresponding one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,the fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy and the deconvolution MIR spectroscopy.MIR spectroscopy could be used to distinguish soybean structure differences.The paper demonstrated the key roles of MIR spectroscopy in study of structure differences of soybean.
