摘要
在2021年的深化医药卫生体制改革重点工作任务中,明确要求进一步推广三明市医改经验,加快推进医疗、医保、医药联动改革。三明市自2018年1月开始在全市推行国家卫生健康委"三+3" C-DRG收付费改革试点,目前已经运行了4年,各项指标良好,运行平稳。文章总结了三明市推行C-DRG的实施过程和经验,全面梳理了未来改革中推行DRG的思路和策略,供各医疗机构试点实施参考。
The key tasks of deepening medical and health system reform are to further promote the health system reform experiences of Sanming and accelerate the linkage reform of health care,medical insurance and medicine. "3+3" C-DRG Pricing and Payment Reform,conducted by National Health Commission,is promoted in Sanming since January 2018.Until now,the reform has been running for 4 years,with good related indicators and stable running process.Based on the implementation process and experiences of C-DRG in Sanming,the ideas and strategies for promoting DRG in the future medical and health system reform and for the references of related medical institutions are sorted out.
