艾地苯醌对帕金森病运动及非运动症状改善作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的具有静止性震颤、行动迟缓、肌强直和姿势平衡障碍等特征性运动症状和嗅觉障碍、睡眠障碍、自主神经功能障碍及精神、认知障碍等非运动症状为表现的老年神经系统退行性疾病。改善相关症状对于治疗PD具有重要意义。艾地苯醌(IDBN)为智能促进药, 对脑功能代谢和脑功能障碍有改善作用, 还可用于治疗与氧化压迫有关的中枢神经系统退化疾病, 已有相关研究发现IDBN对治疗PD有一定的疗效。
