摘要
目的探究基于临床路径的教学方法在小儿呼吸内科临床带教中的应用价值。方法筛选该院2020年7月—2021年5月顶岗实习的30名小儿呼吸内科实习生,随机分为两组,各15名。观察组采用临床路径教学法,对照组采用常规教学法。比较两组的考核成绩、实操能力、培训满意度。结果①观察组的各项理论考核成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②培训后,观察组实习生的患者沟通技巧、入院诊断、吸痰操作、雾化吸入、病情鉴别、出院医嘱、医院感染预防控制、血气分析、教学病情鉴别、病历书写、治疗药品应用、急救措施落实、综合实操能力均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组的带教教师评价、科主任评价和学生自我评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组实习生对临床带教满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿呼吸内科临床带教中,运用临床路径教学法,可有效提高实习生的考核成绩,提升临床实操能力,学生和教师等满意度和接受度普遍较高,值得广大医院推广与实行。
Objective To explore the application value of the teaching method based on clinical pathway in the clinical teaching of pediatric respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 30 interns of pediatric respiratory medicine in the hospital from July 2020 to May 2021 were screened and randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each group.The assessment results,practical ability and training satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The theoretical assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.After the training,the observation group interns'communication skills,admission diagnosis,sputum suction operation,aerosol inhalation,disease identification,discharge doctor's advice,and nosocomial infection prevention and control,blood gas analysis,disease identification in teaching,case writing,application of therapeutic drugs,implementation of first aid measures,and comprehensive practical ability were all significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The evaluation of teaching teacher,director's evaluation and students'self-evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Interns in the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction with clinical teaching than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of pediatric respiratory medicine,the use of clinical path teaching method can effectively improve the assessment performance of interns and improve the clinical practice ability.The satisfaction and acceptance of students and teachers are generally high,and it is worthy of promotion and implementation in hospitals.
