超声萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定纺织固体废物中17种含氯苯酚化合物 被引量:6

Simultaneous Determination of 17 Chlorophenolic Compounds in Textile Solid Waste by Ultrasound Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了测定纺织固体废物中17种含氯苯酚化合物的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。以甲醇为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织固体废物样品中的含氯苯酚化合物,经蒸发浓缩和定容后,HPLC法测定,外标法定量。结果表明,以甲醇为萃取溶剂,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间30 min时,萃取效果最佳。在筛选的实验条件下,17种含氯苯酚化合物在1~20 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均回收率范围为91.7%~104.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.29%~3.50%之间,检出限为0.002~0.250 mg/kg。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for the determination of 17 kinds of chlorophenolic compounds in textile solid waste was established.Chlorophenolic compounds in textile solid waste were ultrasonically extracted with methanol as extraction solvent.The extract was concentrated and made to a constant volume,followed by HPLC analysis.The concentration of each chlorophenol was detected by the external standard method.The results showed that the optimum results were acquired under the extraction conditions of extraction 30 min at 40℃using methanol as the extraction solvent.With the selected experimental conditions,the 17 kinds of chlorophenolic compounds had a good linear relationship in the range of 1-20 mg/L(r>0.9990),and the average recoveries were 91.7%-104.3%,the relative standard deviations were 0.29%-3.5%,and the detection limits were 0.002-0.250 mg/kg.
