摘要
目的分析骨痿近现代中医方药特点及用药规律,为中医方药临床治疗用药提供理论依据,提高骨痿的治疗效果。方法通过查阅CNKI中1999-2019年医家治疗骨痿的方药信息,辅以手工翻阅检索《中药学》,确定病症名称、方药归类、性味归经等,对符合纳入标准的110首医家论治骨痿的方药进行归纳整理,建立Excel数据库,利用SPSS 21.0对方药进行描述性分析。结果治疗骨痿以熟地黄(67)、杜仲(56)、当归(54)、淫羊藿(53)、牛膝(47)、甘草(47)、茯苓(44)、骨碎补(44)、黄芪(41)、白芍(35)等药物的使用频率较高,药物以补虚药(51.65%)为主,其中补阳药(39.19%)占比最高,药性以温性(58.71%)为主,药味甘味(38.54%)居多,52.94%入肝肾经,具有补肝肾作用。结论骨痿的病机以肝肾虚为主,兼以血瘀,治疗应选择温平、甘味及入肝、肾经的药物为上策,兼用活血、健脾等治法。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of modern and modern Chinese medicine prescriptions and the rules of prescriptions for bone paralysis,provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of TCM prescriptions and improve the therapeutic effect of bone paralysis.Methods By consulting CNKI from 1999 to 2019,the information of prescription and medicine of treating bone paralysis by doctors was consulted,supplemented by manual search of“Chinese Materia Medica”,the name of the disease,the classification of the prescriptions,the nature and taste of the meridian,etc.were determined,and the 110 prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were treated,the prescriptions for bone paralysis were summarized,an Excel database was established,and SPSS 21.0 was used for descriptive analysis of the prescriptions.Results Treated bone paralysis,rehmanniae radix praeparata( 67),eucommiae cortex( 56),angelicae sinensis radix( 54),epimedii folium( 53),radix achyranthis bidentatae( 47),radix rhizoma glycyrrhizae( 47),poria( 44),drynariae rhizoma( 44),astmgali radix( 41),paeoniae radix alba( 35) and other drugs were used frequently.The main drug was Buxu( 51.65%),among which the Buyang drugs( 39.19%) accounted for the highest proportion,the drug properties were mainly warm( 58.71%),the medicinal flavor was sweet( 38.54%).Most of them enter the livered and kidney meridians( 52.94%) and had the effect of tonifying the liver and kidney.Conclusion The pathogenesis of bone paralysis is mainly deficiency of liver and kidney,as well as blood stasis.Wenping,sweet taste and drugs entering the liver and kidney meridians should be selected as the best treatment,as well as promoting blood circulation and invigorating the spleen.
