摘要
稳压器是反应堆辐照考验回路的关键设备之一,用于控制冷却剂的压力波动,防止系统超压。文中设计了由电加热元件、喷淋阀、安全阀组成的压力控制系统,并规定了压差信号在-0.17~0.52 MPa范围内变化时各个调节单元的工作流程,达到了压力控制的目的。还设计了由液位监测仪表和补水系统组成的液位控制系统,并通过建立稳压器气腔的平衡方程,得到了在正常波动和泄漏工况下液位高度与压力的关系式,并根据该关系式规定了稳压器的液位控制流程。在建立压力控制系统与液位控制系统的基础上,进一步开展了稳压器本体、波动管、喷淋头、电加热元件、内部构件、支撑部件、安装部件的结构设计。为验证稳压器的结构满足RCC-M规范的要求,文中还对稳压器在设计工况、正常工况、异常工况、试验工况下的受力特性展开了分析,分析结果证明稳压器各个部位的应力均小于设计限值,满足规定要求。
Pressurizer is the key equipment of irradiation test loop in reactor,used for control the pressure fluctuation of coolant and protect system overpressure.This paper designs the pressure control system,which constitutes of electric heating element,spray valve,safety valve,provide the work process when the differential pressure sign vary from-0.17 MPa to 0.52 MPa,realist the goal of pressure control.This article also designed the liquid level control system,which constitutes of monitor instrument and water supplement system,from establish the balance equation of pressurizer steam cavity,draw out the relational expression between liquid level and pressure originally,and provide the liquid level control process by the relational expression.On the base of pressure control system and the liquid level control system,it designs the structure of pressurizer unit,such as pressure boundary component,fluctuation pipe,spray component,electric heating element,internal component,support component,install component.In order to verify the pressurizer structure meet the requirement of RCC-M,this paper analyzes the stress in IV working condition,which contains design working condition,normal working condition,abnormal working condition and test working condition.And the analysis consequence indicates that the maximum stress of all pressurizer component are under the limiting value.
