摘要
全新一代WQ系列潜水排污泵,主要用于输送含固形物和长纤维的污水、废水、雨水。以WQ2520-6110-500型号为例,建立三维水力模型,通过网格划分和选定恰当的湍流模型及边界条件,进行叶片泵定常计算过程的CFD分析,并和试验测试结果进行对比,验证数值分析计算的正确性。
A new generation of WQ series submersible sewage pumps are mainly used for discharging sewage,wastewater and rainwater containing solid substances and long fibers.Taking WQ2520-6110-500 as an example,a three-dimensional hydraulic model is established.CFD analysis of steady calculation process of vane pump is carried out by meshing and selecting appropriate turbulence model and boundary conditions.The correctness of numerical simulation calculation is verified by comparing with test results.
