摘要
目的规范实验室紫外-可见分光光度计性能确认工作,保证仪器设备持续、稳定运行。方法参考相关文献,结合实际工作经验,从波长准确度、波长精密度、杂散光、吸光度准确度、噪声、漂移、吸收池、光谱宽带对吸光度的影响、吸光度线性方面,建立紫外-可见分光光度计各组件性能确认方法,并对岛津UV-2600型和Evolution 220型的仪器进行确认。结果2个型号的紫外-分光光度计均满足要求,仪器性能符合使用要求。结论所建立的方法科学、有效,操作简便,可用于实验室紫外-可见分光光度计的性能确认。
Objective To standardize the performance qualification of laboratory UV-visible spectrophotometers,and to ensure the instruments and equipment work continuously and stably.Methods According to relevant literature and practical work experience,the performance qualification method of each module of UV-visible spectrophotometers was established from the aspects of wavelength accuracy,wavelength precision,stray light,absorbance accuracy,noise,drift,absorption cell,the influence of spectral broadband on absorbance and absorbance linearity,and the two models of instruments(Shimadzu UV-2600 and Evolution 220)were qualified.Results The two models of UV-visible spectrophotometers met the requirements,and the performance of the instrument met the application requirements.Conclusion The established method is scientific,effective and easy to operate,which can be used to qualify the performance of UV-visible spectrophotometers in the laboratory.
