摘要
本文从人本化、生态化、数字化3个方面为价值坐标,以高质量社区发展为核心,重点着眼未来治理、教育、邻里等三大主场景设计,同时协同开发健康、创业、交通、低碳、建筑、服务等其他场景,打造"3+X"的场景构建体系,为居民提供共享交往的睦邻社区、智趣融合的教育社区、山形水意的花园社区。
Based on the value coordinates of humanisation,ecology and digitalisation,with high-quality community development as the core,this paper focuses on the design of three main scenarios of future governance,education and neighbourhood.Meanwhile,other scenarios such as health,entrepreneurship,transportation,low-carbon,architecture and service are jointly developed to create a"3+X"scenario construction system.For the residents to provide sharing exchanges of good-neighbourly community,wisdom and interest integration of education community,mountain garden community meaning.
