摘要
目的探讨长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的健康影响,为做好健康监护工作提供参考依据。方法对2016—2018年宁夏某三甲医院放射工作人员的健康体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果宁夏某三甲医院2016—2018年放射工作人员血常规异常率分别为26.0%、30.5%、31.8%;2016年男性血压异常率高于女性(χ^(2)=4.237,P<0.05),放射治疗工作人员血压异常率为25.5%;2017年放射工作人员血压、甲状腺彩超异常率随工龄增加均呈升高趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=9.558、8.780,P均<0.05),核医学工作人员血压异常率为57.1%,放射治疗工作人员眼晶状体异常率为13.8%;2018年女性血常规异常率高于男性(χ^(2)=8.591,P<0.05),放射工作人员心电图异常率随年龄增加呈升高趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=5.054,P<0.05),血压和甲状腺彩超异常率随工龄的增加均呈升高趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=9.702、8.640,P均<0.05),核医学工作人员血压和心电图异常率分别为55.0%和20.0%。结论不同年份不同类型的放射工作人员各项指标异常情况不同,长期低剂量电离辐射可能对放射工作人员的健康有一定的影响,部分体检指标异常可能与性别、年龄、工龄、职业照射种类等有关,因此做好放射工作人员健康管理,定期开展职业健康体检尤为重要。
Objective To investigate the effects of long-term exposure on the health of radiation workers with low dose radioactive ray,and to provide reference for health monitoring.Methods To collect and analyze the medical data of radiation workers of a top three hospital in Ningxia during 2016—2018.Results The abnormal rates of blood routine of radiation workers in a third class hospital in Ningxia from 2016 to 2018 were 26.0%,30.5%and 31.8%respectively.In 2016,the abnormal blood pressure rate of men was higher than that of women(χ^(2)=4.237,P<0.05),and the abnormal blood pressure rate of radiotherapy workers was 25.5%.In 2017,the abnormal blood pressure and thyroid color doppler ultrasound rate of radiation workers increased with the increase of length of service(χ^(2)_(trend)=9.558,8.780,P all<0.05),the abnormal rate of blood pressure in nuclear medicine staff was 57.1%,and the abnormal rate of eye lens in radiotherapy staff was 13.8%.In 2018,the abnormal rate of blood routine in women was higher than that in men(χ^(2)=8.591,P<0.05),and the age of ECG in radiation staff increased(χ^(2)_(trend)=5.054,P<0.05).The abnormal rates of blood pressure and thyroid ultrasound increased with the increase of length of service(χ^(2)_(trend)=9.702,8.640,P all<0.05).The abnormal rates of blood pressure and ECG in nuclear medicine staff were 55.0%and 20.0%respectively.Conclusion The abnormal conditions of various indicators of different types of radiation workers in different years are different,the long-term low-dose radiation exposure may affect health indicators in radiation workers,the change above indexes may associate with gender,age,service age and occupational exposure type.It is especially important to carry out occupational health management and examination regularly.
