摘要
目的探究分析糖尿病周围神经病变治疗期间应用当归四逆汤的药学效果。方法随机选取该院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象共102例,按照随机数表法将研究对象划分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采取常规对症支持治疗,观察组以此为基础应用当归四逆汤,对比临床效果,包含临床治疗有效率、血糖水平、神经传导速度、中医症候积分、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗有效率较高,血糖水平、神经传导速度优于对照组,中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变治疗期间应用当归四逆汤具有理想的治疗效果,对于改善患者神经功能以及控制患者血糖水平具有积极意义,可以促进患者临床症状尽早恢复,具有较高的安全性以及有效性,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the pharmaceutical effect of Danggui Sini Decoction during the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the hospital were randomly selected as the research object from January 2020 to Janaury 2021.According to the random number table method,the study subjects were divided into two groups,named the control group and the observation group respectively.51 cases in each group.The control group took conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment.The observation group applied Danggui Sini Decoction on this basis to compare the clinical effects.Evaluation indicators include clinical treatment effective rate,blood glucose level,nerve conduction velocity,TCM syndrome score,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher,and the blood glucose level and nerve conduction velocity were better than those of the control group,and the TCM syndrome scores of patients group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Danggui Sini Decoction during the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has an ideal therapeutic effect,and has positive significance for improving the patient's neurological function and controlling the patient's blood glucose level.It can promote the early recovery of patients'clinical symptoms,has high safety and effectiveness,and is worthy of reference and promotion.
