摘要
目的:观察参苓白术散加减联合脐疗治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:纳入英德市中医院96例2018年7月-2019年6月的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者作为本次试验研究的主要对象,并按照随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,各48例。分别实行匹维溴铵片治疗和参苓白术散加减联合脐疗治疗,对比治疗成效。结果:和参照组相比,观察组症候积分相对较低,并且观察组的治疗有效率显著高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者所进行的治疗中,参苓白术散加减联合脐疗治疗能够使患者的证候积分得到显著改善,临床中能够取得非常显著的治疗成效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenlingbaizhu powder(参苓白术散)combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods A total of 96 patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome from July 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were included as the main subjects of this experimental study,and were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the numerical classification method,with 48 cases in each group.Pivironium bromide tablet treatment and Shenling Baizhu powder plus/minus combined umbilical therapy were applied respectively to compare the therapeutic effects.Results Compared with the reference group,the symptom score of the observation group was relatively lower,and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome,Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with umbilical therapy can significantly improve the symptom scores of patients,which can achieve a very significant therapeutic effect in clinical.
