摘要
股骨头坏死早期症状不典型,常与腰椎间盘突出症、膝关节骨关节病等引起的症状相混淆,易于造成误诊、漏诊。对于以腰部疼痛或下肢疼痛为主诉就诊的患者,“4”字试验应作为常规的诊断方法采用,可避免医者漏诊。
The early symptoms of avascular necrosis of the femoral head are not typical,which are often confused with the symptoms caused by lumbar disc herniation and knee osteoarthropathy,which is easy to cause misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.For patients with low back pain or lower limb pain as the chief complaint,"4"test should be used as a conventional diagnostic method to avoid missed diagnosis.
