摘要
目的:总结出针刺治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的选穴规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:通过检索2009年4月1日-2020年4月20日知网、维普、万方数据库中关于针刺治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的相关文献,对符合标准的文献进行整理并分析处方中腧穴归经、分布等特点,总结出相关规律。结果:57个处方涉及腧穴32个,频次前5为三阴交、关元、地机、中极、气海;经脉11条,以任脉、脾经为主;分布部位集中在腹部和下肢;特定穴10类,主要为交会穴、募穴。结论针刺治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的选穴规律彰显“经脉所过,主治所及”,侧重选穴原则与配穴方法,突出特定腧穴与特定主治,具有一定规律性,值得进一步研究和传承。
Objective:To summarize the rule of acupuncture acupoints selection in the treatment of cold-dampness stagnation dysmenorrhea and to provide reference for the clinical treatment.Methods:By searching the literature related to acupuncture treatment of cold-dampness-stagnation dysmenorrhea in CNKI,WANFANG and VIP database from April 1,2009 to April 20,2020,the relevant rules were summarized by sorting out the literature conforming to the standards and analyzing the characteristics of acupoints in prescriptions such as meridians and distribution.Results:Fifty-seven prescriptions involved 32 acupoints,with the first five being Sanyinjiao(三阴交),Guanyuan(关元),Diji(地机),Zhongji(中极)and Qihai(气海),respectively.There were 11 meridians,mainly Ren channel and spleen meridian.The distribution was concentrated in the abdomen and lower limbs.There were 10 types of specific acupoints,mainly the confluent acupoint and the Mu-front acupoint.Conclusion:The acupoints selection law for the treatment of cold dampness and stagnation dysmenorrhea shows that"The treatment reaches where the meridian passes".It focuses on the principle of selecting acupoints and the matching method of acupoints,and highlights specific acupoints and indications.It has certain regularity and is worthy of further study and inheritance.
