摘要
目的:分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压并高血脂的效果观察。方法:本研究对象为2018年1月至2020年1月到我院治疗的60例高血压合并高血脂患者,依据抽签法进行分组,分为对照组(阿托伐他汀钙片配合缬沙坦氨氯地平片,30例)、研究组(氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,30例)。对比分析两组患者治疗前后的血压水平,统计血脂水平,观察两组的血管内皮功能与心肌细胞凋亡因子。结果:在舒张压与收缩压上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在甘油三酯(TG)与总胆固醇(TC)上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在一氧化氮(NO)与内皮素-1(ET-1)水平上,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在sDR4与sDR5水平上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片用于高血压并发高血脂的效果理想,具有较好的降压降脂作用,有利于改善患者的血管内皮功能,保护患者的心肌组织,临床可进一步推广运用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods:The subjects of this study are 60 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2020.They were grouped according to the lottery method and divided into control groups(Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with Valsartan and amlodipine tablets,30 cases),Research group(Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets,30 cases).The blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,the blood lipid levels were counted,and the vascular endothelial function and cardiomyocyte apoptosis factors of the two groups were observed.Results:In terms of diastolic and systolic blood pressure,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC),the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sDR4 and sDR5 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets are ideal for hypertension complicated by hyperlipidemia.They have a good effect of lowering blood pressure and lipids,which is beneficial to improve the patient's vascular endothelial function and protect the patient's myocardial tissue.It can be further promoted clinically.
